This American Range liquid propane horizontal chicken broiler allows you to make delicious broiled dishes! Equipped with (4) 40,000 BTU burners to ensure even heat distribution, this broiler delivers 160,000 BTU to keep up with high demand orders in a commercial environment. With a stainless steel, rugged body with a deep broiling surface, this unit is both easy to clean and easy to operate.

The round rod cooking top grates are specially designed for chicken broiling, and the open bottom grate design allows continuous updraft for optimum fuel combustion. Plus, the heavy-duty liner protects the interior from burnout. This unit can be used with casters (sold separately) for easy mobility. A liquid propane connection is required for operation.
