American Metalcraft KNF2 5" Stainless Steel Steak Knife with Plastic Handle - 12/Case

Purchased this for french toast and spreading cream cheese on bagels, works great for both. Rust started after the second wash in commercial dishwasher. Soaking in vinegar helps, will not purchase again. Looking for an alternative that will not rust.

This American Metalcraft Stainless Steel Steak knife is great. It washes just fine through the commercial dishwasher and cuts easily for the guests to use.

I purchased these knifes for my restaurant specifically for pizzas and meat, I need to say that this set (12) are really amazing I have almost a year using them and they look like new.

We go through alot of knives in the past. However this were such great quality that they are lasting a long time. They hold up to the wear and tear from a dishwasher for not issues.

These steak knives are perfect for a restaurant that isn't high end protein focused. We use them for our steak salad, so the guest can just cut the steak up a little more than we do on the salad, and it is perfect for that. I wouldn't use them in a higher-end location, but for our needs, we love them. The price is perfect, and they hold up to use.

Use as our knives for dining room. Easy to clean. Do water stain sometimes but not as much as other knives we have used in the past. Very dishwasher safe. Work well. Light weight, practical.

For a low cost knife this is a great knife. It cuts well and is sturdy, I needed a large amount of knives for a once a year special event plus use from time to time and didn’t want to pay top dollar. This knife fits the bill perfect.
