We got this to replace an old Panasonic microwave that lasted 20 years. This unit works great and the price is great. My only issue is that our old Panasonic unit would beep and continue to flash until you opened the door after using it. This unit just beeps and that's it so if you get sidetracked and forget you have something in there. Otherwise this is a great microwave

Eh....I wish I could say I was over the moon about this microwave but I can't. It does not cook that fast. I need a microwave that cooks fast. My restaurant is a fast paced place and I have to get product out quick. We do breakfast and lunch sandwiches on bagels. My previous microwave could warm a single biscuit in 10 seconds, this one takes 20 seconds, that's 10 seconds to long. Time is money is the restaurant biz as many of you know. If I could have found a microwave like my last one I would have but it was not possible on a budget. I will be saving money to buy a stronger one. If you're looking for one that will cook fast this isn't it.
