This Frymaster 8100686 equivalent 15 1/4" x 8 1/2" infrared burner replaces the clogged, damaged, or malfunctioning one in compatible commercial fryers. It will work with either single or dual vat fryers, on the left or right side. A properly functioning burner improves cooking performance and saves energy. No orifice is included; a threaded bracket is provided.
