    For the product itself, I'd give a 5. I love the Stoneware Soup Spoons and have purchased several boxes for my business over the past three years; however, the last order I received... all three boxes were 100% broken. The spoons themselves are beautiful and more upscale than the typical miso soup spoon, but unfortunately, I can't afford them if they come broken.
