Are beverageware and/or glassware capacities an exact liquid measurement?
Beverageware and glassware capacities are stated in ounces and are an approximate maximum capacity based off of an industry standard size. They are not to be used as a standard of measure for serving capacity.
After about a month all the glasses developed cracks down the side. I contacted customer service and was told they were out of the warranty window. This was regular usage in a cafe. They didn’t shatter, they all got hair line cracks down them so I think it’s an issue with the way they are made or designed. I would not recommend them.

Sadly, despite how beautiful these glasses are, they are not conducive to commercial use. They get hairline cracks and randomly shatter when coming out of the commercial dishwasher. Really unfortunate for how expensive they are.
