Frequently Asked Questions From Customers

How do I remove chalk marker from the write-on surface?
If a damp cloth does not remove the chalk marker from the write-on surface, we recommend using a melamine sponge, such as a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, to remove any remaining residue.
Wipe the paddle with a damp cloth; do not soak it in water. The glasses are dishwasher safe.
Liquid chalk markers are recommended to produce the clearest and best result on the write-on area of this flight crate.

Relatively affordable, but you get what you pay for and several of the black tray inserts arrived and were already somewhat broken, sliding in/out of the wooden carrier.
