Acopa Straight Up 9 oz. Rocks / Old Fashioned Glass - 12/Case

Absolute terrible quality! I ordered over 700 of these glasses for a laser / sand carving project. Very disappointed to say the least. Defects / flaws in almost every glass. 95%+ of the brims had defects. It's unfortunate as the glass itself has superior clarity. From a distance, it really shines and looks great. Up close, not good. I give praise to Webstaurant for exchanging and / or crediting me for the majority of the bad glasses. They (Webstaurant) are great to work with. I will continue purchasing from Webstaurant, just looking for a different brand. I would NOT recommend this glass to a laser engraver / sand carver.

Terrible quality. The 10oz glasses were out of stock so I got these thinking they would be the same great quality. Not at all. They were scratched, have dents, chips within the glass, dimples at the top. Not a single one was usable when I bought 6 cases. I will never buy these again. The 10oz glasses are so much better quality and look so much nicer. These are not worth the money at all!

There are several flaws in each of the 24 glasses we received. on each one the lip around the top is very rough with dimples in each glass, some so large as to been seen from a distance. Quality of this product is very bad, will be ordering from some other vendor in the future. We have an engraving business and these are totally not acceptable for sale, don't waste your money on these

I saw all the bad reviews, but I still gave you a chance — and I regret it. Yes, shipping companies are usually the problem (99% of the time), but this mess? It's on you too. You sent glass cups with zero protection. No bubble wrap, no padding — not even a “FRAGILE” label on the box. Seriously, how is that acceptable? The result? Total disaster. Shattered glass everywhere. The box looked like it had just been tossed around. No care, no effort, just lazy and careless. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it shows you haven't learned a thing. If you're going to sell fragile items, have the decency to pack them properly. We're paying for a product, not a pile of broken glass.

If I could give it a 0 star review I would. We purchased 1000's of Acopa glasses this year. Zero quality control. Averaging 40% of the glasses are unusable. Molten glass drips on the lips, uneven lips, molten glass chips inside the glass, glasses leaning to the side. Please fix. Looking at the reviews it doesn't look like anyone has done anything about this for years.

These broke when you looked at them. Don't buy them.

Luv my new Hi Ball glasses just what I wanted! Two were broken when they came so I emailed Westaurantstore and they sent out two more with in a day. Great response! I would buy them again! Great store!

I ordered 2 cases of these glasses. They were beautiful, no flaws, bubbles or other issues that appeared in some other reviews. I only have it rated as a 4 as one case of 12 had 4 shattered glasses in it.

Sturdy cocktail glass, holds up well with industrial dish washer, but unfortunately isn't stackable. Not the end of the world, but something worth noting for bar use.

I love these drink glasses so do my friends. Easy to clean look amazing. Great quality product. The price was a good deal and easy to clean

Nice glass with weight to it just like you want for a rocks glass. Goodwill tries to sell these for more then you can get new on this website. Packaging was great and easy to transport for our event.

I ordered 5 boxes of these glasses and they are Perfect for Gifts for my guest. But in the shipping..… one box has broken glasses. Trying to get in touch with someone through a chat line but it’s not working. Hopefully they will send me my broken glasses. I will keep trying.
