This mug does a great job of holding hot drinks and hot soup. We like that it insulates but also doesn't crack very easily either.

These are really nice coffee cups. They look great in the dining room and are of good quality. We plan to reorder them when needed and like the design and style of this cups.

Just your basic coffee cup, nothing fancy. They are sturdy with a nice finish on them. Easy to just wipe the coffee residue off with just a cloth.

Bought a case of these cups, which felt strong and heavyweight. Unfortunately, about 1/3 of them arrived damaged. It must have been mishandled somewhere along transit as it had only affected the cups on one side of the box. Customer service was really considerate about sending me replacements though. Color was a little too ivory for my taste so I might consider getting the Bright White next time. But nothing can beat this price.

These are nice, sturdy china cups. They are great for everyday use. Only wish they were slightly bigger in size. Other than that, it is a good product.

Small, but they work great for our Diner atmosphere. They can be refilled often. They stack great. We have a huge stack right by the coffee brewer that looks really nice.

For the second time I received damaged mugs, how can you help me replace them ensuring that they do not arrive broken again?

These mugs are one of the worst we ever got in 30 years. We got 3 cases on April 5th and today we have less than 20 left. They all broke or have cracks, handle breaks after one use. They arrived broke in the original box too(see picture). Not recommended.

Packaging needs improvement as 6 of the 12 were damaged in shipment !!
