A majority of the items came broken in the box. The box was intact with no visible damage on the outside. While a credit was given for the broken cups, a majority of the remaining cups did not withstand going thru the dishwasher and cracked and chipped after being used and washed.

4 cups arrived broken. 2 handles broke off in the washer. But the remaining 6 cups are great. Probably wouldn't order again. Also they look a little Waffle Houseish, if you know what i mean.

Great price on these coffee cups and they are the perfect size my first order the box came with everything broken and they replace them right away.

These mugs are exactly what we were looking for. The brown authentic diner color is so calming. The size and weight of the mug keeps coffee at that perfect temperature. I will be buying these for family and friends as gifts !

Nice cups, they give an old time vibe that fits perfectly with our atmosphere. Also the dark color keeps coffee stains from showing. Would buy again.

Shape is slightly problematic, as it doesn't quite fit inside the dishwasher glass holder. Product also scratches relatively easily, which poses aesthetic problems. Overall, a good product as far as functionality goes.

Prefect size coffee mug. We've dropped some of these plenty of times, and they definitely take a lot of beating. No chipping or cracking at all.

These are heavy and very nice in person. I can only give 4 stars because 3-4 of the 36 arrived damaged/enamel chipped around the handle.

This is a sturdy and standard size mug. It is perfect for any basic needs. Haven't had any chipping issues. Overall great quality and I would recommend.
