Beautiful glasses, but thin glass. They may be great for slow paced and high end dining, but for high volume restaurants they may not work out for you. We are very high volume and we already lost 3 cases worth. They mostly break at the stem or the rim. Again, we're high volume-fast paced so we take most of the blame. For high end dining they would work because they look great and feel classy. If I ever opened a high end restaurant with slow pace environment, I would definitely order these.
