would rate a -100 if I could. terrible product!!! don't waste your money. how can you make a THERMAL carafe that does not keep liquids hot??? this is not new technology. I would like a refund!!! Webstaurant should not carry this product. I have been in coffee business for 27 year and can't believe this product is sold!

Felt compelled to write a review because I saw 2 bad reviews that I did not think were true. I use these for business 50-100 times a year at events. They’re great. keep liquids hot and don’t spill. Only downside is if it’s full don’t hold it by the handle because of course it may snap. Hold from base. Common sense. Def recommend
