I really wanted to think I found a supplier for these low cost, black mugs. Unfortunately, They couldn't seem to get them to me without them being smashed. First order, most were smashed. There was no padding around them at all and they weren't even marked fragile. I expressed my concern to the customer support rep and they assured me they would relay the message. A couple days later, they arrived exactly the same. 7 of 12 mugs were smashed. No packing to cushion the mugs. No fragile stickers. Their shipping team clearly has no idea how to protect their products during shipping.
