You know that if they can survive a Webstaurant-norm shipping (packaged loosely with a few 64oz bottles of sauce and a few liter bottles of syrup, a scenario that would typically break glass) they have to be pretty tough. I've been using them hard since getting them and they are very sturdy. For espresso, having exactly one ounce glasses is a little short of what you really need, but their quality is stellar. However, my concern is they don't address the packaging issue that I have mentioned in Online Chat many many times. At our restaurant, we have a score board of how many glasses will be broken in the next order because it's guaranteed we'll have many broken. However, 5-Stars for Webstaraunt making good on replacing or refund.....0-stars for packaging protection
