This 7 1/2" deep oil filter bag from Assure Parts is an excellent way to keep deep fryer oil clean and free of large debris chunks that can degrade its quality over time. It attaches to and detaches from many popular bag holder frames with a series of snaps, so you can get set up and start skimming within seconds.
To filter your fryer oil, attach the bag to its frame and place over a pot for easy drainage or pour-through. After several uses, the bag can be rinsed with hot water before re-use.
