this last box of bags, almost all of the bags had to be taped at the bottom seam because the seam was defective and broke open with the slightest pressure. Had to explain to customers about having to tape because of a crappy bags. Very unexpected and dissatisfying. Buyer beware. Check your seams!

These bags are the worst. I kept them because it wasn’t worth the price I would have to pay in shipping them back and the restock fee I would be charged. More than half the bags don’t stay glued at the bottom, and customers’ pastries fall out. I have to go through the whole case now to see which bags are glued securely at the bottom, and I have thrown so many away.

These bags used to be great. I've been using them for years. I got 4000 bags in January 2025. Two out of ten of this batch are what we call clown bags. You put the cookies in and they fall out. At market we test all the bags before we put product in them. Even still we had a customer come back on Saturday because their cookies fell out the bottom of the bag onto the ground. This is really frustrating and takes up valuable time and wastes product. I would no longer recommend using these bags, unless you want to test every one to see if the glue holds...

Unfortunately, we have had the same issue reported in other reviews. The glue does not hold properly on the bottom of the bags, and they end up ripping causing customers pastries to fall on the ground. This has happened with multiple cases we've purchased. We've been double bagging them, which helps but also means we essentially get half the product we paid for. I hope the manufacturer can fix this issue. Until then, we're going to find a different product.
