Our selection of Vollrath cookware includes several different lines to suit any size kitchen, from small operations like cafes and diners, medium volume kitchens in restaurants and bars, and large volume operations like schools, hospitals, and institutions. For low to medium volume kitchens, we carry the Vollrath Arkadia line of 3000 series aluminum cookware and the Vollrath Optio line of stainless steel cookware. Medium to high volume kitchens will appreciate our Vollrath Wear-Ever cookware, made in the USA from impact resistant 3004 series aluminum. High volume kitchens need heavy-gauge cookware that stands up to repeated use, like our Vollrath Intrigue, Centurion, and Tribute lines. We even carry the Vollrath Miramar line, which is ideal for high volume use as well as presentation and display use, thanks to its attractive satin finish. All of this commercial cookware from Vollrath is made from materials like stainless steel and aluminum, both of which offer durability and temperature retention. It’s also convenient that many of these cookware items have non-stick surfaces that prevent you from having to add extra oil, butter, or another type of fat to your foods. Additionally, since many of these products have holes in their handles, they can be hung up for convenient storage and sanitary air drying.
