Inside the hard shell of the hard hat is an attached 4-point ratchet suspension to fit onto a worker's head. The ratchet system allows workers to easily and instantly change the tightness of the suspension by turning a knob in the back. UVicator Sensor
This product's built-in UVicator sun-smart sensor indicates when your hard hat needs replacing due to UV exposure by changing from red to white.
