This is what you need for an type of griddle cleaning. We have a small 24" griddle and don't need to open a whole packet everyday so for us this works better.
The Scotch-Brite griddle cleaner is great. Our griddle is not a thermostatic control therefore by the end of the day it gets black, this cleaner takes all the crud off and makes it silver again
