This safe must be manufactured incorrectly, the space between the deposit drawer and the insert back wall they have in there is so close, that it is impossible for a bank bag to be dropped. Nothing will fit into the drop space, essentially making this safe useless.

First thing is this Safe is amazing. We purchased this for our small grocery store. I was hesitant to order because I wasn’t sure it was going to be solid. THANKFULLY it was an awesome purchase it’s solid, heavy and durable. The manual was so easy to understand and set up. I give this product a 10!!

This safe is terrible. As the other reviewer noted, unless you're dropping only letters or like dollars into it, the deposit bags don't fit in the drop box. Also, the cover on the inside that holds the batteries pops off easily, so sometimes when you close the safe the batteries fall out of place and then the safe won't open because there is no power.

Hi, After we received this safe, we changed the code like it was instructed and now I cannot get back into it. I have followed the user instructions but it is of no help. Is there a customer service number that I can call for help. Please help !

Bought this safe for our restaurant, but when the nightly deposits are inserted into the slot, it is so large and the money sits up on a shelf inside so you can see it, and easily pull it out. Not a good design at all!!!!!!

I received it, I changed the combination like the instructions told me to... now I can't get into the safe.

Bought this safe to go in one of our cafes. We went through the painstaking process of setting the pin just for the batteries to die the next day. The only way to change to batteries is by manually opening it since the control panel has no power without them. It works great if you just use it manually.
