This dispenser looked promising initially - nice sculptured design, good 3-gallon capacity, and the ice chamber feature is clever for keeping beverages cold without diluting them. The acrylic was clear and attractive when new. Unfortunately, it cracked after just a few uses. The acrylic seems thinner than expected for the price point, making it prone to stress fractures. Mine developed a hairline crack near the spigot area during normal use - no drops or impacts involved. The dispenser worked well while it lasted. Easy to fill, good flow rate, and the ice chamber did help maintain temperature. But durability is a major concern. Bottom line: Great concept, poor execution. For the price, you'd expect more durable materials. Consider investing in a glass or higher-quality acrylic alternative. Good for: Light, occasional use (if you're lucky) Skip if: You need reliable, frequent-use equipment
