A built-in peel bucket offers mess-free operation, which is ideal if you are using this juicer at a front-of-house operation. For added convenience, choose between two different dispensing methods: extract juice directly from the self-service tap into a cup for serving, or remove the 25 oz. built-in reservoir jug and serve into a larger pitcher.
