This Zoeller Flow-Mate Series E186 effluent pump removes effluent or ground water in septic or effluent applications. It features a rugged cast iron motor housing, pump housing, and base. Its housing boasts a corrosion-resistant powder-coated epoxy finish to withstand the most demanding sewage ejector applications. This model also has a corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel handle, screws, and hardware for long-lasting durability.

This nonautomatic pump requires a piggyback float switch or control panel for operation (sold separately). Both options let you set the on and off point of the pump in the field. Its 1 1/2 hp, oil-filled motor operates at a rate of 3,450 RPM, and it comes with auto-reset thermal overload protection. Both the motor and cast iron motor housing provide optimal heat dissipation to prevent overheating. This effluent pump also includes a cast iron vortex impeller, which allows solids to pass freely through the pump to prevent clogging.

This effluent pump is factory tested after assembly to ensure efficient operation. It passes 3/4" spherical solids, and it has a 1 1/2" NPT discharge, a max flow rate of 145 GPM, and a permanent split capacitor. It also features a temperature rating of 130 degrees Fahrenheit. This effluent pump requires a 230V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 20' cord.
