They started to use these pens at work recently and that has been my first exposure to them. While bored I began to doodle with them ( I am an artist) and fell in love. The amount of gradations I can get with this pen is nothing short of amazing. I can get it to be very light as well as very dark.

I'm usually not a big fan of ball-point pens (prefer roller ball/gel pens instead), but the feel of this pen in the hand is great (with a bit of heft), even just to handle while listening to someone or thinking about something. Nicely machined, no plastic parts.
