This Wood Stone tool set includes many accessories to make the most of your gas-fire oven and keep it clean and free of food debris. This tool set comes with a 36" natural brush, a 40" in-line brush, a 40" T-style brush, a 40" bubble popper, a 40" stainless steel utility peel. The brushes are perfect for general cleaning with natural bristles or cleaning hard-to-reach dirt and debris with brass bristles. Brushes with natural bristles should only be used when the pizza oven is cooled down to avoid melting the bristles, while brass bristles can be used even when the oven is still warm. Some tools feature a grip made out of PVC, providing a comfortable grip during use
