Finish off your signature appetizers and entrees with this Wolf by Vulcan WICM72-LP 72" liquid propane infrared cheese melter. This cheese melter delivers 60,000 BTU of power making it perfect for melting cheese, heating chips, and browning a variety of foods for an ideal crispy taste. A standing pilot ignition system and heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burners allow for an energy-efficient cooking process that delivers great results each time you use this cheese melter.
Boasting a heavy-duty chrome plated construction, the grid rack can be adjusted to one of three different positions for optimal cooking according to your needs. Then, simply remove the spillage pans for efficient cleaning and maintenance when the unit is not in use. This cheese melter boasts a welded chassis with a stainless steel front, top, bottom, and sides for both an attractive appearance and quality performance. In addition, the wall mounting brackets allow the unit to conform to your kitchen's design with minimal interference. However, you can also mount the unit on a counter thanks to the optional 4" legs (sold separately) or simply place it on top of a compatible range. This unit requires liquid propane for operation.
