Designed specifically to roll out small pieces of fondant, this rolling pin includes two sets of rubber rings on either end so that you can control the thickness of your fondant and take approximate measurements as you go along. These rings are also color-coded and include one set of purple bands to help you roll out dough that is 1/8" thick and one set of pink bands to roll out dough 1/16" thick. Made of plastic, this rolling pin features a flat, non-stick finish.
