Suggested Recipe: Blue Matcha Icing
1/3 cup icing sugar mixture
1 - 2 tsp. milk; adjusted
1/8 - 1/2 tsp. blue matcha powder; adjusted
Activate the desired amount of blue matcha in a tablespoon of water and stir to remove lumps. 1/2 tsp. will yield a very blue color. 1/8 tsp. will yield less intensity. Adjust to suit. Add the blue matcha liquid to the icing sugar mixture in a bowl and stir. Carefully add some milk to get the desired consistency. Less milk will produce a solid icing that will set thick for piping. More milk will make the icing spreadable and less thick. Dunk the cookie into a bowl, or dollop it onto the cookie and smooth it over with a knife. Decorate with sprinkles.
