This stuff is so much fun to use! We added it to a Vanilla Vodka Martini and put a lemon on the side. When you add the lemon it changes the drink from blue to pink. It is one of those items that when other people see it, they have to order it too. It is a great way to sell more drinks!

Meh. Was a pretty underwhelming product. I had to use quite a bit to get any flavor from it and the flavor itself wasn't great. I wanted to use this in lemonade to change the flavor and color (butterfly pea tea turns citrus drinks purple which is pretty cool), this did not do much of either.

Love this product. I use it in tea and love making Hibiscus Margaritas.
Worked great to infuse liqour. We made color changing margaritas for a magic event. So much fun customers loved it.
