Easily dispense whipped cream with this Stoelting by Vollrath whipped cream dispenser! This dispenser allows you to make various types of whipped cream, mousses, milk foams, and frozen desserts. Its compact, countertop design requires only 12" of clearance at the back and sits flush against the wall to save space. This handy unit produces up to 26.4 gallons of whipped cream per hour, and it has an adjustable dispense rate for optimal product output.
This dispenser uses R-134A refrigerant to maintain cool temperatures. It is easy to use by simply pouring liquid cream into the hopper and pressing a button to easily dispense product. The hopper continually maintains safe temperatures, allowing you to store product during off-cycle periods and keep it ready for on-demand freezing. An overrun adjustment knob makes it easy to customize the product texture, while the removable cream basin allows for easy product changeouts and quick cleaning.
This dispenser is easy to use and maintain. It features all controls and indicators on a single panel on the front of the unit. The electronic temperature control adjusts to suit different products. This unit also allows you to preset dispensing times for similar portions with every serving. For safe use, it includes no chemical additives or propellants. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
