The only inedible thing I've ever ordered from the White Toque brand. a complete waste of money. the cake part has an awful texture and none of the layers have a good flavor.

His is an excellent strawberry cake. It arrives quickly and is individually packaged. Simply thaw overnight and serve. The vanilla mousse is very silky and adds a decadent quality that makes this one of the best strawberry cakes available. It’s size makes it little difficult to fit into packaging as a whole cake so I recommend selling/serving as slices. Presentation is great for cake displays.
