I'm putting in a single star, because this piece of equipment stopped working after one use. The suction function for the sealer and the automatic lid release simply stopped working. When I contacted customer service the only support that I got was someone telling me to email WESTON. No one was able to give me a phone number to call to speak with an agent. I understand that WESTON is responsible for the warranty, but Webstaurantstore.com shouldn't be selling equipment that break after the first use and for which you do not provide any support at all. I am a small independent grocery store and this machine is a waste of money unless someone can support with a repair or send a new one.
