Found it easier to mix 20 lbs by hand, then to wash up parts that are not smooth. The brass bushings shred filings into the tub, if I put oil on it to lubricate it, a black oily residue runs into the tub.

Mixes meat quick and easy , I thought it was fairly easy to dissemble and clean too. Should have bought one years ago , a major time saver!

It serves its purpose but it is not outstanding at its job. sure it mixes the meat but not as much as some would like. it is also a challenge to clean.
