Purchased several of these for my restaurant. The wires on one were damaged by my dishwasher on the first day. On a few others the metal springs broke within a month. Additionally there is a metal coating used that will start to come off after several washes which may end up in customers food. For home use I’d recommend but definitely not for commercial use.

Egg slicers are everywhere, but egg wedgers are hard to find. This one is reliable and doesn't take up much room. Very convenient, quick, and easy on your hands.
Love this egg slicer and would highly recommend. It is more expensive than most egg slicers but I think it is worth the extra money if using egg in a salad
