This drum grabber's impressive 1,000 lb. capacity will help you efficiently move heavy drums throughout your industrial space. This handy tool is built for use with a forklift (sold separately).
This grabber has two 5 3/8" x 1 1/2" fork pockets that easily attach to a forklift to ensure smooth handling. For added convenience, the operator does not need to leave the forklift cab to engage the grabber jaws with the drum. Simply drive the forklift toward the drum until the jaws are in contact with the drum just below the chime. Then, slowly raise the jaws. The chime will provide the resistance needed for the jaws to lift and transport the drum. This drum grabber's adjustable jaws allow it to hold one 30 gallon or one 55 gallon poly drum with at least a 3/16" chime. This drum grabber ships knocked down, requiring assembly before use.
