Wells 5E-LLF14-120 Details

Quickly cook your most popular dishes and sides with the Wells 5E-LLF14-120 14 lb. nickel plated electric countertop fryer! This high-wattage fryer features a large nickel-plated removable pot that holds up to 14 lb. of oil at a time. It features a swing-up element for easy cleaning, and the element control housing has a spring-loaded support rod to secure the element when it's in a raised position. For safety, a manual reset thermostat shuts off the power in the event of an element overheating. And thanks to the included half-size front hook fry baskets, you can start cooking with this fryer shortly after it arrives.

We bought this fryer less than a year ago for a low volume tavern. While we do leave it on all day I was disappointed to have the wires fray causing it to arc when turned on. I do like that it temps faster and more consistently than our other fryer, just frustrated that we had to have it serviced so soon after purchase.
