Wells 5E-F1725-208 Details
Cook your most popular deep-fried dishes and sides with the Wells 5E-F1725-208 40 lb. electric countertop fryer! This fryer features 17250 watts of heating power for outstanding cooking potential, and the stainless steel swing-up heating elements located below the baskets to help make cleaning easy. The element control housing includes a spring-loaded support rod to secure the element when it's raised, and a positive-off thermostat allows for easy heat control.
The fry pot itself is removable for easy cleaning, and in the event of element overheating, a manual reset safety thermostat will shut off the power to keep the operator safe. Two half-size front hook fry baskets are included for versatility.
