This fryer features 17250 watts of heating power for outstanding cooking potential, and the stainless steel swing-up heating elements located below the baskets to help make cleaning easy. The element control housing includes a spring-loaded support rod to secure the element when it's raised, and a positive-off thermostat allows for easy heat control.
The fry pot itself is removable for easy cleaning, and in the event of element overheating, a manual reset safety thermostat will shut off the power to keep the operator safe. Two half-size front hook fry baskets are included for versatility.

We purchased this unit a few years ago and it still works like brand new. Proper cleaning and maintenance are key to the longevity of any fryer. This unit can be used with or without baskets if frying larger items.
