The two units we purchased got replaced by waring within a year. Which was odd because the problem was the touchpad. fast forward two years and 1 of them had a touchpad problem. THE PROBLEM....WARING DOES NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR ANY OF THEIR MICROWAVES. So we had to throw it in the trash.do not buy....no parts
