It comes equipped with 2 removable stainless steel wire fry baskets with ergonomic, cool-touch handles, allowing you to fry different items at once. It features cold zones to both prolong the oil life and enhance your food quality.
This compact unit is great for kitchens with limited counterspace. It is made of heavy-duty, easy-to-clean stainless steel with adjustable, non-skid rubber feet. It features power and ready indicator lights and a 60-minute countdown timer. The automatic thermal overload shutoff cuts power off if the oil temperature exceeds safe limits.
This fryer has a tilt-back, removable heating element and control box to simplify draining and cleaning. Its front-mounted stainless steel drain spigot ensures easy oil removal, while the oil drain strainer collects food particles during draining.
