Vulcan VP18-1M3ZN Details
This Vulcan VP18-1M3ZN full size holding / proofing cabinet lets you hold or proof whatever product you desire in a perfectly controlled environment! The cabinet is comprised of heavy-duty 20 gauge stainless steel with a sleek, polished finish, which helps to retain heat while still using 33% less energy than competing models. A full size glass door provides optimal product visibility, and with the ability to accept 18 full-size sheet pans or 36 full-size food pans, you'll be able to store a wide variety of products with ease.
This unit is equipped with an adjustable dial thermostat that reaches desired temperatures 16% faster than competing units, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and a cabinet thermometer. The top mounted control panel is incredibly user-friendly, while also offering the convenience of being away from the ground. You won't have to remove the control panel when you need to clean the unit, and you don't run the risk of brooms, mops, or shuffling feet accidentally bumping the controls.
Included with this unit are 10 pairs of tray slides that adjust on 3" centers, allowing you to customize the interior to best suit your needs. A set of 5" casters (two swivel with brakes and two rigid) make it easy to maneuver through your establishment. This unit operates at 120V and has an output of 2000W.
