A great addition to your kitchen, this V2P36S-LP V series liquid propane range boasts (2) 18" plancha tops with an oven base to provide efficient cooking and baking possibilities! Each top has its own powerful 17,500 BTU burner. With individual pilots and controls, you can set this gas range to your exact specifications. Each multifunctional 1/2" polished steel cooking plate allows you to cook meat, poultry, and fish consistently and efficiently. The center of each plate reaches up to 840 degrees Fahrenheit to create the perfect sear, while the perimeters maintain an even, low temperature ideal for finishing your product. For added convenience, each flat surface makes it easy to transfer food and eliminates the need to cook with pots and pans. The 4" high side splashes and the 3-sided grease troughs help prevent grease and oil from splashing for a clean, safe work environment. A stainless steel exterior provides durability while this two-in-one range and oven unit saves space in smaller kitchens without sacrificing performance.
Equipped with a 50,000 BTU standard oven base, this unit provides additional baking opportunities in your kitchen. Boasting a porcelain cavity, this oven is easy to wipe clean. An oven rack is included and can be moved up and down on 3 rack positions for added versatility. Plus, you can adjust the oven temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to best fit your needs. The oven sits on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs to create the perfect working height while making it easy to clean underneath for a safe, sanitary kitchen!
Designed with flexibility in mind, this range easily banks with other similar units so you can create the perfect layout in your kitchen. The front gas manifold and a capped, rear gas connection provide a hassle-free, convenient gas connection that allows units to be placed side by side. A liquid propane gas connection is required for operation.
