A great addition to your kitchen, this Vulcan V2BG24C-NAT natural gas 36" 2 burner heavy-duty manual range with a 24" griddle top and a convection oven base provides several methods of cooking in one versatile unit! Since this range allows you to simmer and saute on the two burners, sear with the griddle, and bake with the convection oven base, it can save valuable space in your kitchen.
This model has two 33,000 BTU range top burners with heavy-duty cast iron grates that can support your largest stock pots. In the front this model has an 11" x 11" burner grate and in the rear it has a larger 14" x 11" grate to accommodate larger pans. The open top burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning and maintenance, too.
The 24" right side griddle has two 30,000 BTU burners with independent controls, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs. For the chef who enjoys cooking by feel, the manual controls allow you to adjust the temperature according to the needs of specific foods. Its 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate heats evenly and will stand up to years of heavy use in your busy kitchen.
Made of durable stainless steel, this three-in-one griddle, range, and convection oven unit saves space in smaller kitchens without sacrificing performance. The oven has a single 32,000 BTU burner and an independent temperature control to modulate the interior temperature within the 175-550 degree Fahrenheit range. The inside of the oven is porcelainized for easy cleaning and it has a 115V electric convection fan to circulate air for more even baking. Plus, it includes 2 removable racks with 3 different rack positions. The base sits on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs to create the perfect working height while making it easy to clean underneath for a safe, sanitary kitchen!
Designed with flexibility in mind, this range easily banks with other similar units so you can create the perfect layout in your kitchen. The front gas manifold and capped, rear gas connection provide hassle-free, convenient gas connections that allow units to be placed side by side. This unit provides a total of 158,000 BTU of power. It requires a natural gas connection and a 115V electrical connection for operation.
