Vulcan BCKRISR-SX60 Details
Provide extra storage space right where your employees need it by adding this Vulcan BCKRISR-SX60 60" reinforced back riser and high shelf to your range. This shelf kit works with select 60" SX series economy Vulcan ranges and it allows you to store oven mitts, turners, food pans, or other frequently used small items within reach above your range.
The back riser assembly is designed to allow you to mount it on the right of a salamander broiler or a cheesemelter (sold separately) onto your range to increase productivity, and includes required three mounting brackets on the bottom. To accommodate the weight of additional equipment, the unit's backsplash has bent holes and longer bayonets made of thicker material to provide reliable support. The hardware required for setup is included.
