Both 2 of these in 2024, the first one did not work right out of the box. The second one died at 11 month right before the warranty expires. All because of thermostat related problems. Dealing with Hobart (the manufacturer) is a real pain. Had to make more than 10 calls for the first fryer to be fixed. Tech never show up on the 2nd one, even with more than 6 followup calls. Also, I'm located in Boston which has Hobart repair center nearby as well. Save yourself a headache and downtime and pay more for something better. Lesson lerned, you get what you paid for. ??????
