Ordered this product and then had to immediately order another one because the first one is defective. I’ve been doing service work for 14 years and I size the valve for the valve. I was replacing not for the piece of equipment, but I’m being told by people who sit behind a desk that this valve wasn’t for that specific piece of equipment and they didn’t even mention the fact that the valve was the same specs as the one that I was replacing now it’s a huge fight to get a refund love that people don’t know what they’re talking about at this place
