Serve cold foods at the proper temperature with this Vollrath V904500 Cubic 18 11/16" x 10 15/16" full size cold pack. Great for catered events, buffet lines, and parties, this cold pack makes it easy to serve food at a safe cold food temperature. Pair this cold pack with the Vollrath black wooden full size base and 2 1/2" deep steam table pans (sold separately) for a perfect display.
This cold pack can be frozen overnight in preparation for the next day's events and it will provide hours of cold service. Adding a cold pack to your buffet line expands your menu options in order to provide your guests with a wide selection of delicious foods to choose from while maintaining safe food conditions.
