We purchase these food pans for our Round Copper Chafers that we fabricate to the same size specs as the Vollrath Orion Series chafer. Our catering and hotel clients who replace food pans several times during the course of a serving period appreciate the economical cost of these replacement pans. They are not as heavy or as highly polished as the Vollrath food pan, but they fit well, have solid construction and as we mentioned, is a much more economical option to the Vollrath pan.
