Easily bake delicious pizzas, flat breads, and garlic or cheese bread with this Vollrath PO6-22018 MGD18 ventless countertop conveyor oven. This model has an 18" wide by 68" long conveyor and has a reversible belt that can change directions with just the push of a button. It also features digital controls with four independent thermostatically controlled heat zones, two on the top and two on the bottom, along with the ability to store up to 6 programmable menu items. These features are great for busy bar kitchens or concession stands where your staff need to quickly cook and serve multiple menu items.
This model has an adjustable product opening that you can set between 1 1/2" and 4" depending on the type of product you are cooking. This unit even has loading and receiving trays for convenient loading and unloading of food products.
Boasting a ventless design, this unit increases operational flexibility and lowers installation costs, making the oven perfect for nearly any application. Also designed for energy efficiency and uniform results, this model uses a forced convection system and energy efficient quartz heating elements that react quickly when you adjust the temperature settings. It has thermostatic independent top and bottom heat controls to help you achieve the results you desire from your oven. Plus, for slow periods this model has a standby mode that can reduce energy usage by up to 75%.

This model has a maintenance free drive system and a stainless steel drive chain that doesn't need to be lubricated.
