This heavy duty Vollrath GGHDT-48 Cayenne 48" countertop griddle with thermostatic controls boasts four powerful 30,000 BTU burners, providing 120,000 BTUs per hour, making it simple to prepare high volumes of food at steak houses, coffee shops, clubs, and pubs! These U-shaped burners are skillfully placed to provide even heating across the entire 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, while the thermostatic controls make precise temperature adjustment a breeze. This 48" x 24" griddle plate provides you with plenty of room to cook hamburgers, chicken, fish and more during peak business hours, while its welded seams eliminate the potential for grease and dirt traps.
Extremely durable and very simple to clean, this griddle features heavy duty adjustable legs that allow you to match the height of your existing countertop equipment, and all-metal knobs and knob guards that protect the unit's gas valves from damage. To make cleanup even easier, this unit comes with heavy duty back and side splashes and small-width grease trays that are conveniently sized to fit into commercial dishwashers.
The Vollrath GGHDT-48 Cayenne 48" heavy duty countertop griddle with thermostatic controls is field convertible to be powered by a liquid propane or natural gas connection.
