Vollrath FC-4CSP-02120-R Details
Create a narrower serving area for your pre-chilled food with this Vollrath two pan short side drop-in refrigerated cold food well. The deep well accommodates standard two 12" x 20" x 6" pans when used with adapter bars (sold separately). It has a 300 series stainless steel constructed flange and fabricated well, while the exterior housing is 20 gauge galvanized steel. Plus, it has a full perimeter drip edge to sit flush with your countertops while keeping them clean of runoff. It's designed for top-mount installation.
For maximum cooling, the refrigeration coils surround the exterior side walls of the well, while the thick polyurethane insulation helps maintain cold temperatures and improves energy efficiency. This food well features a 1/5 hp condensing unit suspended below the well that circulates R-290 refrigerant, so you can be sure your food stays cold throughout the day.
This food well has a remote on / off switch with a 4' cord that can be mounted to any cabinet side. A 6' cord with a plug is included. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
